perfection

Ecclesiastes 1, Exodus 16, Hebrews 6-7

The work of Jesus is the only thing that gives us the hope that we need to work out our salvation, to become, and to produce the fruit of the promises that He has sworn, by himself, to accomplish.

My prayer is to be able to see with this grace, and to love with this grace, which never runs out, and never loses patience. My prayer is for each of us to open up. The capacity for the riches of His grace, the capacity to be still, and the grace that leads to perfection, is not, and never was, forged by human hands.

“We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain, where our forerunner, Jesus, has entered on our behalf…”
